We founded Fettle with one belief: mental health support should never be a privilege. We're removing the barriers of access, cost and stigma, so every person in Ireland can connect with quality care, on their terms.
Fettle was founded in 2021 against the backdrop of global lockdowns, with a clear goal: quality mental health services delivered in an accessible way. We saw the waiting lists, the cost barriers, and the stigma that kept people from getting help, and we decided to build something different.
We give everyone permission to talk to a therapist by removing the silent but very real barriers. Instead, you can immediately connect online with some of the highest quality mental healthcare professionals available, from the comfort of your own home.
No waiting lists. Same-week sessions. Insurance sorted for you.
A real person finds your therapist, not a quiz or algorithm.
Every therapist is IACP, PSI or ICP accredited.
Sessions from €75. VHI, Laya & Irish Life accepted.
"We envision a future where barriers, whether geographical, financial or societal, are obliterated, giving way to accessible and effective mental health care for every individual in Ireland and beyond."
The principles behind every decision we make at Fettle
We listen first, always. Every person who reaches out deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement.
We won't stop until therapy is as easy to access as a GP visit. No waiting lists, no gatekeeping, no excuses.
We partner only with accredited professionals. Our standards are non-negotiable because your mental health deserves the best.
We build fast, ship fast, and iterate fast, because people waiting for help can't afford to wait for us too.
