Alex leads Fettle's mission to transform how Ireland accesses mental health care, making therapy as easy to reach as a GP visit, with no waiting lists and no gatekeeping.
Alex Hamm is the Chief Executive Officer of Fettle. With a background in brand building, growth strategy and digital platforms, Alex has channelled a career spent understanding what people need into a mission that actually matters: getting people in Ireland the mental health support they need, when they need it.
Under Alex's leadership, Fettle has grown to more than 1,000 active clients, over 50 accredited therapists and a 4.9-star rating, making it Ireland's highest-rated online therapy platform. Alex drives Fettle's partnerships with major Irish health insurers, its engagement with the HSE, and the development of specialist programmes for neurodivergent young people.
Alex's career has been about understanding people: what they need, what gets in their way, and how to build something that reaches them. At Fettle, that experience is pointed at one of the biggest problems in Irish healthcare: the wait for mental health support.
