Quick to book, easy to use, and really good therapists. Everything about this platform feels well-run and supportive. Love that it's all Irish-based and focuses on proper accredited therapy. Five stars.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Fettle. From the very first session, I felt supported and heard. The platform is user-friendly, and my therapist has been wonderful, empathetic, skilled, and genuinely invested in my progress.
Without Fettle I'd have never had access to the therapist I meet with due to our locations. I was matched with Rebecca Lock. She is an incredible therapist who has helped me time and time again.
Very positive experience. Was very handy to be able to do from home.
My Fettle counsellor Ken was open and non-judgemental. He allowed me to set the agenda and flow of communication. I gained insight on my issues and feel empowered to overcome them.
The whole experience was very professional, highly recommend.
Excellent service, would recommend.
I've been using Fettle on and off now for 2 years. Thankfully Fettle paired me up with an excellent therapist based on the issues I said I would like to discuss and I've come a long way since then. I would recommend Fettle as they genuinely do their best to ensure people are matched with the right therapist.

Four clear stages. No referral letter needed, no travel — a structured, clinician-led process you can complete from home.
Choose the assessment route, or the psychiatry intake if you already have a diagnosis. Evening & weekend slots available.
A €89 screening review of your symptoms and history with a specialist, plus pre-appointment intake questionnaires.
If appropriate, an in-depth evaluation using validated tools such as the DIVA-5 interview and CAARS rating scales.
Results reviewed on a video call, a full diagnostic report, and an official confirmation letter with next steps.
An ADHD assessment is more than a label — it's a neurobiological explanation for lifelong struggles. With a clear diagnosis, you can replace self-criticism with self-compassion, access the right treatment, and unlock workplace and academic supports.
Get clear clinical language for difficulties with focus, procrastination and emotional regulation, so years of being labelled "lazy" or "disorganised" finally make sense.
A formal diagnosis opens the door to ADHD coaching, therapy and — where clinically appropriate — consultant-led medication management through the psychiatry pathway.
Recognised reports can be used to seek reasonable accommodations in higher education and the workplace, including RACE/DARE applications where clinically appropriate.
Research indicates a formal diagnosis is often life-transforming, leading to marked improvements in functionality, productivity and self-esteem — and enabling access to specialised workplace and academic supports.

Book the ADHD Assessment Initial Consultation if you don't yet have a confirmed ADHD diagnosis. Book the Psychiatry Intake Consultation if you already have a confirmed diagnosis and want to explore medication or psychiatry support. If you're unsure, call ADHD Now on +353 1 270 7906.
Before your appointment you'll complete a set of intake questionnaires that help the team start understanding whether ADHD is the right explanation for your symptoms. The consultation itself is a screening review of your symptoms and history, and whether the Full Assessment is the right next step for you.
The Psychiatry Intake is the first step for adults who already have an ADHD diagnosis. The team reviews your diagnostic documents, treatment history, medical background and suitability for the psychiatry pathway. If the structured pathway is clinically appropriate, the programme is €335 per month for 3 months, with ongoing prescription management from €57.99 per month for stable patients.
In many cases, yes. The €89 Psychiatry Intake Consultation is the right first step — the team will review your external diagnosis and confirm whether the psychiatry pathway is appropriate for you.
ADHD assessment and psychiatry support is delivered through the ADHD Now clinical service, in partnership with Fettle. Fettle is your front door to the pathway; clinical care, diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the ADHD Now clinical team.
The main assessment interviews and report writing are performed by a Clinical Psychologist specialising in Adult ADHD or an equivalent specialist in ADHD. The service is overseen by ADHD Now's Clinical Director, Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Vishnu Pradeep.
Yes — in most cases the assessment can be conducted entirely online via secure video conferencing, offering convenience and comfort. Suitability for an online assessment is reviewed during your initial consultation.
The comprehensive assessment is designed to take into account and identify co-occurring conditions (like anxiety, depression, or autism). You'll receive guidance on all findings and recommended next steps.
The assessment follows the evidence-based DSM-5 criteria — the gold standard for diagnosis, aligned with best-practice guidelines — using validated tools such as the DIVA-5 interview and CAARS rating scales.
Yes — diagnoses are medically recognised and accepted by GPs, workplaces, and universities across Ireland. These assessments follow NICE guidelines and the HSE Adult ADHD National Clinical Programme standards. The detailed report can be used to seek reasonable accommodations in higher education or the workplace, including RACE/DARE applications where clinically appropriate.
You'll receive a comprehensive report, a feedback session with your clinician, and access to a free ADHD Group Coaching session. You may then consider coaching, therapy, or medication management — all available through the pathway.
From initial consultation to final diagnostic report typically takes 3 to 6 weeks, subject to specialist availability. Initial consultation availability is within seven days.
No GP referral is required — you can self-refer directly. Keeping your GP informed is encouraged for coordinated care. GPs can refer directly via Healthmail: adhdnow@healthmail.ie.
Come rested, in a quiet private space. Gather any relevant historical information beforehand, such as old school reports or accounts from family members.
The total investment for the full three-step diagnostic pathway is €1,279 — an initial consultation (€89), a comprehensive assessment (€695), and the final formulation and reporting (€495). Many patients spread this cost using Klarna, and Irish residents can claim 20% tax relief on these medical expenses through the Med 1 form.
Yes. Post-diagnosis, if deemed clinically appropriate by the Consultant Psychiatrist, you can access the medication management service. Options include stimulants such as Methylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta XL) and Tyvense, plus non-stimulant alternatives like Atomoxetine (Strattera) or Guanfacine (Intuniv). ADHD coaching and therapy are also available.
Once a patient is stabilised on medication through a specialist titration period, many GPs accept a "shared-care" arrangement. The specialist provides detailed clinical correspondence to the GP, who then takes over responsibility for issuing monthly repeat prescriptions.
Yes — symptoms must have been present before age 12, even if never formally diagnosed. Many adults were missed as children, especially those with the predominantly inattentive type.
If ADHD is ruled out, you'll still receive a comprehensive report with findings and guidance on alternative explanations or conditions, along with recommended next steps for support.
Whether you're seeking clarity through assessment or structured psychiatry support after diagnosis, the pathway starts with one €89 consultation. Not sure which route is right? Call ADHD Now on +353 1 270 7906.
