Fettle+ Subscription Service Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to Fettle+.

1 Introduction

These terms govern the use of the Fettle+ subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2 Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions provide access to a set number of therapy sessions per month.
A monthly fee, as per your chosen subscription tier, will be automatically charged to your payment method.
Payment details must be kept current to avoid service interruption.

3 Session Allocation and Carryover

Sessions are allocated monthly and must be used within the month.
Unused sessions will not carry over to the next month.

4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations will be effective from the following billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, please contact hello@fettle.ie
No refunds are provided for unused sessions or partial-month subscription periods.

5 Service Use and Limitations

The service is subject to therapist availability and scheduling requirements.
Subscribers must comply with all service usage guidelines and policies.

6 Changes to Terms

Fettle+ reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued subscription after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law.
