Since qualifying as a counsellor and psychotherapist in 2018, Suzanne has had the privilege of working with diverse populations facing a wide range of challenges. With a passion for guiding individuals towards a brighter and more fulfilling life, Suzanne gets immense satisfaction from witnessing her clients increase their overall wellbeing.

Her therapeutic style combines compassion and active listening with evidence-based techniques from a combination of therapeutic approaches, ensuring that clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to overcome their issues. By fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment, Suzanne helps clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals while assisting them in formulating their own unique strategies to enhance mental resilience and make positive changes in their lives. Suzanne is also experienced in working with issues such as abuse, depression, trauma, esteem issues, grief and personal development.
