I hold an honours (BSc) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and have over 18 years of helping people who are in crisis.

I have previously worked as a counsellor in the Boyle FRC where I encountered a wide range of diverse clients. I am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
