Are you covered by private medical insurance? We work with all major insurers – Irish Life, Laya, and VHI. Please be sure to check directly with your health insurer for details of what you are covered for under your own policy. Fettle cannot confirm whether or not you are covered to see our various coaches under your specific insurance plan. We provide receipts for every session or programme booked.
If your organisation is covering your sessions, please reach out to us and let us know so we can provide an invoice for you.

Coaching and therapy are both effective options for supporting your behavioural health. Unlike therapy, coaches do not delve much into your past experiences. Coaches instead provide evidence-based, compassionate, and actionable support for you that focuses on the present and future.
Coaches are trained to support various needs, from navigating workplace challenges, sleep, stress, performance, health, and tough transitions to boosting self-esteem, confidence, organisational and leadership skills, and relationships.
Your coach will help you practice proven skills that can be implemented right away to improve your everyday life. They will also collaborate with you in problem-solving issues to help you stay motivated to meet your important goals.
Coaching is a short-term, solution foucsed intervention with programmes typically lasting between 4-12 sessions.

Yes. Research has found that psychotherapy and coaching often parallel and complement each other in a client's progress. Just make sure your coach and therapist are aware you are engaging in both services, so they can edit your treatment plan to best suit your needs.

All Fettle coaches are highly experienced in their specialised fields and have a wide range of credentials and certifications. Our coaches have a masters-level degree in psychology, health promotion, or HR with an average of 10+ years of coachng experience. All our coaches are registered with bodies such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP), or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

You can pay when scheduling your session with a coach on our website or alternatively payments are automatically run 72 hours before your scheduled session by our payments team.
If you have purchased one of our bundles your code will be automatically added to your scheduled session.
If your bundle has run out and you would like to continue on bundle pricing, please email hello@fettle.ie 72 hours before your next scheduled session to ensure you are not charged an individual rate.
Individual sessions can be cancelled 48 hours before the appointment date and a full refund is returned minus a €20 processing fee. If you can cancel your appointment within 48 hours you lose the full fee.
Bundles or programme packages are unfortunately non-refundable as they have been purchased at nonstandard pricing. You can however redeem your remaining credit across our other offerings such as therapy, CBT programmes or other coaching offerings.
