Everything you need to know about online therapy with Fettle.
Having an initial session with a therapist will give you a sense as to whether therapy is for you. You are not committed to any further sessions after the first appointment. Our clients often find that this first experience is helpful in deciding what they need and if the therapist they have seen is the right fit for them.
Booking an online therapy session on Fettle is simple. Once you have chosen a therapist that matches your specific needs here, you can proceed to book an individual session with them at your convenience. If you are unsure about what therapy you are seeking, you can book a therapist matching call here. We also offer a more comprehensive Wellbeing Assessment here.
We provide online therapy sessions to all age groups from 11 onwards. If you are under the age of 17, parental or guardian consent is required, and active involvement is encouraged.
Yes, everything you talk about is confidential. The only exceptions to confidentiality are if your therapist thinks that you are a risk to yourself or to others in which case they may contact other professionals involved in your care such as your General Practitioner or a next of kin. This will always be discussed with you first.
