About Me

I work with individuals who want to feel satisfied with their lives but feel like no matter what they do. It leads to stress and frustration. I will support you in exploring your history and uncovering patterns you may not even be aware of to begin to have more control of your emotions and be excited about your future again.

I am an Integrative Therapist with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have successfully completed an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences along with a post-grad. Certificate in Trauma Studies with University College Cork. I also have an honours Business Management degree from Atlantic Technological University (formally GMIT)."

I have gained valuable experience working with disadvantaged adolescents, working with them to draw on their strengths to build themselves a brighter future. I have also volunteered my time with Aware and as a counsellor with Limerick Suicide Watch. I have served my community in private practice since 2020.
