I aim to help people gain an understanding of their situation and how to move forward. My main goal is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe and empowered to work through their challenges. I empower people to develop their capacity for compassion and self-acceptance by discovering and nurturing their personal strengths. I’ve helped people find and cultivate their inner Power to overcome difficulties such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, difficult relationships (both personal and professional), bereavement, trauma, burnout, confidence issues, neglect, abuse, and issues relating to sexual and gender identity.

I have vast experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people of all ages. I graduated with a degree in BA Hons Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. My approach is tailored to each client using modalities of Humanistic psychotherapy, psychodynamics, cognitive behavioural therapy, and integrative modalities. I am a fully qualified pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), and I work in line with the IACP Code of Ethics.

I speak fluent English, Czech, and Slovak.
