I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a fully accredited member of the IACP Counselling Professional Body. The main therapeutic approaches I use are Humanistic/Rogerian, Choice Theory and Mindfulness, Person Centred being at the heart of my practice.

I have been working as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist for the past 10 years and have vast experience of working with people from many different backgrounds, presenting with many different issues, including the following:

Support for those experiencing disconnect, loneliness or social withdrawal.
Guidance and CBT techniques to manage anxiety, panic attacks, and fear patterns.
Safe space to address low mood, emotional numbness, and long-term sadness.
Gentle support for processing grief and adjusting to life after a loss.
Healing-focused work to help manage chronic stress and past traumatic events.
Explore patterns, communication, and boundaries within relationships.
Build self-esteem and coping strategies when dealing with bullying situations.
Identify root causes and rebuild a stronger, more confident self-image.
Non-judgmental support for breaking free from harmful patterns and dependency.
Therapy support for body image, food relationships, and emotional regulation.
Compassionate care to understand triggers and find healthier coping strategies.
Work on self-growth, goal setting, and maximizing your potential.

I provide a confidential, non judgemental space in which clients can talk about their problems and issues safely. This is a healing process which enables clients to gain self awareness, grow, learn new skills and behaviours and improve their lives.

I take a holistic approach, taking into account a person's whole being and all of the influences in their lives. I aim to create a safe, non threatening, supportive space in which each individual is completely in control of the sessions.

Thank you for reading my profile and best of luck with your journey!
