Biography:
I am a qualified Psychologist, holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and currently
undertaking a Master of Science in Psychological Studies. I am an accredited member of the
Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
My Approach:
I believe that everyone should feel fulfilled and happy in the life that they choose to live. I
believe that achieving this requires living a life aligned with your values. However, when we
face challenging times, it is easy to lose sight of what is important to us. With my tools,
compassion and encouragement, my aim is to support and guide you in reconnecting with
your values and overcoming any aspects of your life that may not be serving you and that
are interfering with this process. I believe that by gaining a deeper understanding of
ourselves and our behaviours, we can learn to live in a way that brings us greater happiness.
Together, we will examine aspects of your life, behaviours, emotions, and thought patterns
that are affecting your well-being. We will work on understanding these collaboratively and
implement various strategies that will help you to overcome these. With my support, you
will then be able to apply these outside of our sessions to overcome everyday life challenges
and increase your overall wellbeing.
My treatment approach is integrative and adaptive, I will use a combination of techniques
that I believe will best support you in achieving your goals and overcoming any obstacles
that are in the way.
