I provide a confidential, non judgemental space in which clients can talk about their problems and issues safely. This is a healing process which enables clients to gain self awareness, grow, learn new skills and behaviours and improve their lives, both in the short and long term. My aim is to empower clients to build resilience, gain coping skills and reach their full potential in life. All issues are dealt with sensitively and confidentially.

I take a holistic approach, taking into account a person's whole being and all of the influences in their lives. I aim to create a safe, non threatening, supportive space in which each individual is completely in control of the sessions, how much they disclose, the pace of the sessions etc.

Thank you for reading my profile and best of luck with your journey!
