The way I work is I Strive to create a safe confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental space where my clients feel supported to work through their issues at their pace.
I am a qualified Therapist for 18 yrs and have a Masters in CBT and offer a non-judgemental safe space to explore your past experiences and how these may impact on your life and maybe causing you issues and holding you back from your full potential.
I believe in working in a very open and honest way which will help open a door to gain clarity and insight and to know you have the courage to change. While change is freighting and the usual questions “I am not good enough”, “nothing will change” or “I can’t cope” these thoughts are normal enough but can have an negative impact on your life leaving you stuck.
While on this journey identifying the underlying issues whether it be Anxiety, Panic attacks, Depression, Low Self-esteem, Anger Management, Personal Development and I specialise in Addiction issues. I have huge experience in working with all of these issues at a very personable level. And will pass on this knowledge to you so you will be your own therapist.
Finally I see it as a two way street we work together focussing on the issues and gaining the knowledge and skills to change and grow.
