In some instances, the assessment may indicate that our therapy services do not offer the level of support you need. In this case, we will signpost you to relevant services and will provide you with guidance on how to access them. Whether therapy is required or not, the recommendations from the wellbeing audit will be beneficial in helping you create the lifestyle changes you need to nurture your wellbeing.

Sometimes the mental health challenges that people are facing require access to a more specialised support team, including a general practitioner, psychiatrist, or clinical psychologist.
Our behavioural health experts may not be able to provide this type of support. In these instances, our practitioners will signpost you to a suitable service.
