Fettle+ Subscription Service Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction:

    • These terms govern the use of the Fettle+ subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

  2. Subscription and Payments:

    • Subscriptions provide access to a set number of therapy sessions per month.

    • A monthly fee, as per your chosen subscription tier, will be automatically charged to your payment method.

    • Payment details must be kept current to avoid service interruption.

  3. Session Allocation and Carryover:

    • Sessions are allocated monthly and must be used within the month.

    • Unused sessions will not carry over to the next month.

  4. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations will be effective from the following billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, please contact hello@fettle.ie

    • No refunds are provided for unused sessions or partial-month subscription periods.

  5. Service Use and Limitations:

    • The service is subject to therapist availability and scheduling requirements.

    • Subscribers must comply with all service usage guidelines and policies.

  6. Changes to Terms:

    • Fettle+ reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued subscription after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

  7. Governing Law:

    • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law.
