I am a qualified psychologist and hold an MSc in Psychological Studies. I am also currently studying for a Diploma in Health & Nutrition Coaching. I am an accredited member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and the UK and International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA).

As a whole health professional, my passion is Health and Wellness in everyday life. I believe our levels of happiness are determined by our consistent habits and the intimate relationships in our lives. My experience has taught me it's the simple things done right that bring meaning to our existence. Identifying what they are is a process that is different for everyone. My intention is to guide you on that journey. With my insight, tools, compassion, and support, I'll hold the flashlight while you discover your sustainable path to betterment.

My approach centres around and prioritizes your relationship with yourself. Together, we will work on the intrinsic emotions and thought patterns that may be holding you back from your full potential. We will explore, uncover, and understand the elements of your life that are not serving you in a space you can be assured is safe and non-judgemental. I believe when we gather information relative to our past traumas — with the right support, encouragement, and tools — this information can be used to overcome present-day challenges, and your journey to becoming your best self can begin.
