Hi there, I’m Louise. I am a trained psychotherapist and CBT practitioner working with adults. I hold an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy (CBT), and a BA (Hons) in Psychology. I also have a background in social care, having had the privilege of working for many years with children and adults with additional needs.
I am an integrative psychotherapist, meaning the therapy is tailored to each person’s therapeutic needs, combining ideas and techniques from different schools of therapy. I believe in working to build a trusting and collaborative relationship that helps you to overcome challenges and achieve positive growth and lasting change.
