My belief around therapy is that you are giving yourself a gift, given the time, space, reflection and guidance you can achieve your goals. As quoted by many, “You are the expert on your life and hold the answers within.”

People come to therapy looking for change, but change can be frightening, feeling paralised with fear and uncertainty. All the usual questions of “what if it’s too difficult”, “what if I fail”, “what if I can’t cope”- this is all perfectly normal! Most people coming into therapy feel this way. You have the ability to change this whether you believe it or not.

The way I work with my clients, I see it as a collaborative process where we both work together focusing on the issue at hand. You are not alone in this process.

My approach is Integrative, I incorporate many concepts from different theoretical approaches, including person-centred, cognitive-behaviourial therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy.
