Denis is an accredited psychotherapist skilled in CBT, mindfulness and pluralistic psychotherapy. He is a registered member of the National Association for Professional Counselling & Psychotherapy.

He integrates gold-standard therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Life Coaching, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) into his 1-1 sessions to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. He tailors his approach, meeting the client’s unique needs and giving them the building blocks to overcome the obstacles they face to enjoy better confidence, self-esteem and well-being.
