I am a psychotherapist for teenagers and adults, speak fluently in English and Polish language.
I am a certified and registered Marriage and Relationship Therapist (NAPCP 11028) and national and international Mediator (IMI, MMI). I completed postgraduate studies at Maynooth University in Ireland in Marriage and Relationship therapy. I am a graduate of Saint Patrick’s, Carlow College in Ireland, where I earned a Master’s degree in Child Care Therapy and Bachelor (Honours) in Social Studies. In 2021, I obtained a diploma of national and international mediator (IMI, MMI). I run a private practice via online platform (national and international) and on face-to-face basis in Ireland. I work with young people and adults who struggle with feelings of anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, as well as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and loneliness. I help with problems resulting from developmental and non-developmental trauma, complicated grief, and domestic violence. I work therapeutically with people who have lost a loved one, as well as with people who have problems with relationships and communication.
As a therapist, I am guided by the professional Code of Ethics (www.napcp.ie/assets/docs/ethics.pdf). I am committed to helping young people and adults learn to build healthy relationships. I strive to provide a comfort and supportive atmosphere of mutual respect where clients can openly express their feelings and be assured of empathetic and non-judgmental treatment. When working with clients, I use the following therapeutic schools: Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, IFS Therapy (Inner Family System), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness.
