Molly holds an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the University of Leeds and a BS in Social Science from the University College Dublin. Molly is a pre-accredited member of BABCP. Molly is an integrative counsellor who uses a mixture of therapeutic approaches such; as person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, creative therapy, humanistic therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Molly has experience in diverse counselling environments, such as educational, corporate, and charities; all consisting of short-term and long-term work. She has worked with a wide variety of ages, from 6 years old to 70 plus, experiencing a variety of issues such as:

Molly’s goal when working with clients is to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental environment, where a client can feel safe and heard. She believes that a trusting and respectful relationship is essential in helping a person to be completely open when exploring potentially difficult feelings and emotions. Together both Molly and the client can work on the understanding of how the individual interacts with others and views themselves while cultivating self-awareness and resilience.
