Hi, my name is Doreen and I am an IACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist living in Donabate, who works with the young and old, helping individuals, couples and families, to take charge of their lives.

I help people going through depression, separation and divorce, addiction or eating disorders, panic attacks, OCD and manic episodes. I have counselled people dealing with issues around infertility or coping with disability or the illness or death of loved ones.

As a qualified Guidance Counsellor and life coach, and a certified Choice Theory and Reality Therapy psychotherapist, over the past decade I have worked with teenagers, couples, families, groups and individuals who needed to find a way to deal with crises and cope with all that life can bring to our days.
