Our transformative 6-week programme uses science and a personalised diet and exercise plan to help you lose weight and learn life-changing strategies so you can keep it off for good.

Our behavioural psychologist and accredited health coach, Nicole, will support you in better understanding your relationship with food, how to be more mindful of your habits, and give you the knowledge and skills you need for long-lasting change.

Breakdown of The Programme

Our evidence-based weight loss programme encompasses key areas such as nutrition, exercise routines, stress management techniques, and lifestyle adjustments. Over six sessions, you will cover the following:

Week 1 - Goal Setting: Lay the foundation for success.

Week 2 - Self-Discovery: Gain insights into your unique journey.

Week 3 - Nutrition and Movement: Explore dietary and exercise habits. Week 4 - Action Plan Creation: Collaboratively design your strategy for long-term wellness.

Week 5 & 6 - Personalised Progress: Sessions tailored to your advancement, challenges, and aspirations.

Depending on your needs, these 1 - 1 sessions can be attended weekly or fortnightly. The programme is designed to maintain your momentum throughout the six sessions and beyond.

Each session spans 50 minutes of one-on-one interaction and ongoing remote support. Our program offers the flexibility to suit your busy schedule.

Nicole is the only health coach in Ireland who is also an accredited psychologist. She is a registered member of both the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and The International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA).

Nicole integrates gold-standard therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), coaching, interpersonal dynamics, mindfulness, nutrition, and more into her coaching.
