I believe that all individuals are unique, and as such, there cannot be a one-size-fits-all therapeutic solution. I use a humanistic integrative approach and strive to provide tailored therapy to meet each client’s needs.

The therapeutic relationship is always collaborative and central to my work. I use this to create a non-judgemental space which is safe, confidential and nurturing for the client.

I integrate elements of cognitive therapy, solution-focused therapy, neuroscience and mindfulness as needed to facilitate the work. My motivation is to empower clients to build resilience and increase their coping skills so they can more fully live the life they desire.
