Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, stressful and difficult to navigate. I offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore your experiences, help you gain clarity and insight, and support you through difficult emotions. Together, we can work on identifying and overcoming negative thinking patterns and beliefs and reconnect with your inner potential.

I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor (BACP registered), with further training in Meditation & Mindfulness-based approaches. I provide support for a range of issues, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem, stress, and relationship issues, as well as helping people to overcome life’s difficulties and support personal growth.

In these sessions, I will provide a non-judgemental and accepting space to allow you to talk and be heard with empathy and understanding. I primarily use a non-directive approach, promoting agency over your own feelings and perceptions..
