Breakdown of The Programme

This 6-week programme is uniquely tailored to your personal experiences with the goal of liberating you from your struggles and improving your mental well-being. 

Week by week, you will begin to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours while integrating proven tools to create a positive change from within.

Over six sessions, you will cover the following:

Week 1: Increasing Self-Awareness: Begin tuning into your body and becoming aware of how you feel.

Week 2: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: Learning relaxation techniques to self-soothe and calm yourself.

Week 3: Silencing the Inner Critic: Learning to understand and recognise unhelpful thinking patterns.

Week 4: Challenging the Inner Critic: Reframing your thoughts to develop more balanced thinking so you can move towards your goals and aspirations.

Week 5: Increasing Pleasurable Experiences: Exploring ways to do more enjoyable activities like hobbies, exercise, or social activities to increase happiness.

Week 6: Bringing it All Together: Learning how to master your skills and apply them in all areas of your life.

Rebecca is a qualified psychologist skilled in CBT and mindfulness. With a Masters in Clinical Psychology, she is a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).

She integrates gold-standard therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Life Coaching, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction into her 1-1 sessions to support you in overcoming the blocks that have been holding you back. 

She tailors her approach to suit each client’s individual needs. Giving them a toolkit of proven methods to break free of critical thought patterns so they can enjoy more joy, health and success.

What are the programme requirements?

  • A recommended 1-2 week gap in between each session to increase learning

  • Active work and commitment outside of sessions are essential for personal growth

  • It would help if you had a stable internet connection and an electronic device, preferably a computer or a tablet (for a larger screen)
